A sales tax will be charged for the sales within the state of Virginia. For orders outside the state of Virginia there will be no sales tax charged.

Personal checks and money orders has to be sent to Potomac Marketing Services, 10560 Main Street, Suite 511. Fairfax, VA 22030. Your order will be shipped only after checks or money orders are received.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, just return it within 10 days and we will credit your account for the full purchase. However, the shipping fees are not refundable.

To insure the prompt delivery we strongly recommend that you send your return by an insured parcel post provider.
